Themed "Collaboration · Trust · Growth," the event brought together all departments for a memorable and meaningful experience.
The activity took place in the scenic Nanxi River area, known for its breathtaking views and peaceful environment. The day began with a group hiking challenge that energized everyone and helped release workplace stress. The team was then divided into small groups to take part in a series of engaging and collaborative exercises, such as the "Blind Square," "Minefield Crossing," and "Ball Relay," each designed to test teamwork, strategy, and mutual trust.
At noon, everyone joined in a group BBQ lunch, which offered a relaxed setting for employees to connect and bond beyond their usual roles. The afternoon continued with light games and free time, allowing team members to enjoy nature and foster deeper interpersonal relationships.
