Fasteners

Check screws, nuts, bolts and connectors for looseness, reinforce loose fasteners and focus on load-bearing structures, movable joints and vibrating parts.

Lubricity

Apply lubricating grease to movable joints and wipe off old sludge. Add new oil in the right amount to keep parts flexible and reduce wear and noise.

Deep Cleaning

Ensure playground safety: remove trash, debris and food scraps; keep clean;remove damaged products immediately; perform daily inspections.

Key Components

Check welding points, bearings, chains, hooks, load-bearing structures and safety devices. Replace new parts immediately if hidden dangers are found.

Warranty for metal parts

Parts made of metal, such as galvanized steel pipes, metal supports for shooting games (excluding guns, cannons, and ball blasters), and all stainless steel hardware (bolts, screws, nuts, and washers) are covered by a 2-year warranty against structural failure.

Warranty for parts made of LLDPE (plastic) and glass fibre materials

Play components made from LLDPE (plastic) and fiberglass materials come with a 2-year warranty against deterioration, rendering them unsuitable for use. These components include tunnels, swing seats, seesaws, watchtowers and cubes, slides, panels, junction tubes, plastic houses, themed roofs, and more.

Warranty for components of soft play products

Soft play products, which include wood components or sponge items covered by soft PVC leather such as platforms, themed panels, and roofs, cartoon boards for decoration, soft wall cushions, climbers, stairs, fences for ball pits, punching bags, flooring mats, cushions for slides, soft seats, and obstacles in all shapes are covered by a 1-year warranty.

Warranty for ancillary equipment

After 1 year of use, this warranty covers auxiliary equipment like trampolines, safety nets, PVC pipes, webbing equipment, clamps, and nylon strings. However, it does not cover plastic balls for the ball pit.
