Transportation Steps
Order Confirmation & Booking
After order confirmation and advance payment, we will select suitable shipping routes and schedules based on equipment size, weight, and destination, and proceed with booking arrangements immediately.

Packaging & Securing
  • Large equipment Packed in wooden crates with foam/sponge padding.
  • Small components Packed in labeled cartons.
  • All packages undergo additional reinforcement.

Customs Clearance
Our logistics team will handle the export customs declaration procedures (including preparation of documents, payment of taxes and fees), and provide the necessary documents for import customs clearance.

Destination Port Pickup
Upon arrival, we will assist with pickup procedures. You may choose to self-collect the goods or arrange local logistics.

Loading & Shipment
After customs approval, the vessel will be loaded with the equipment and you will receive real-time tracking information.We communicate closely with shipping companies to monitor the voyage.

Transportation Insurance
To protect your interests, we recommend purchasing cargo insurance. We can assist in arranging insurance coverage, with premiums calculated based on equipment value and route. In case of damage or loss during transit, we will support you in filing insurance claims.
Transit Time & Costs
  • Transit Time: Varies by destination (e.g., 30-40 days to Europe/North America, 15-30 days to Southeast Asia/Middle East). Exact times will be confirmed by the shipping company.
  • Csts: Include sea freight, customs fees, insurance, etc. A detailed quote will be provided before order confirmation to ensure transparency and fairness.

Customer Self-Installation

If you choose to install the equipment yourself, we will provide comprehensive support to ensure a smooth installation process.

Pre-Installation Preparation
Prior to the delivery of the equipment to your designated site, we will liaise with you to confirm that the site meets the necessary requirements for installation.

Documentation Provision
We provide installation drawings, operating instructions and safety manuals to help you understand the equipment's functionality.

Remote Guidance
Our professional technicians will guide you during installation via video calls. Contact us at any time and we will resolve your questions immediately. You can also contact us via phone or email.

Installation Acceptance
After installation, please check the installation and connection of the equipment components according to the drawings and instructions. If necessary, we provide two ways of acceptance: remote acceptance or on-site acceptance by professional personnel after your application.

Factory-Dispatched Installation

If you prefer our professional installers to handle the installation at your site, we will deliver efficient and professional services.

Installer Dispatch
Our installers are highly trained and experienced. We will confirm the dispatch, and arrange the installers' travel and departure time with you in advance.

Cost Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the travel costs (transport, accommodation and food) of the installer and a daily rate of US$150 (from departure to return, including travelling time).

Installation Service
The installer will carry out the installation process according to strict specifications. This ensures quality and safety. We will communicate closely with you during the process and provide feedback on progress.

Debugging & Training
After installation, the installer will debug the equipment to ensure it works.At the same time, they will train your staff on how to operate and maintain it.
